Can I see the cameras on my cellphone?

After Installation, our technicians will connect your system to the internet (customer must have internet provider and modem) so you can see from all smart mobile devices and computers.

Are the cables going to be exposed?

Our technicians are proficient at what they do, and everyone is trained not to leave any wires exposed, unless absolutely necessary and checked with customer prior to completion.

Do you clean after you are finished?

All installations are carefully reviewed by the managers and cleaned before leaving the job site.

What is the size of the equipment you guys are installing?

Camera systems have become smaller and better with time; a camera might be the size of a baseball and the NVR recorder smaller than a portable DVD player.

What is the angle the camera will capture?

HD Cameras USA installs high definition and super wide-angle cameras, so most our cameras will capture around 120-to-140-degree field of view per camera.

Are the cameras weatherproof?

All exterior cameras installed by HD Cameras USA are IP66 rated, fully waterproof and can withstand winds of up to 140 miles an hour.

Can I get notifications on my phone?

After installation and set-up, our technicians will adjust any notifications the customer may require, such as alerts for when someone comes around the house or motion sensor.

Can I access my cameras from anywhere?

If your camera system is connected to the internet, you may access your cameras from anywhere in the world on any smart device.

How many days do the cameras record for?

Depending on the size of the hard drive that is installed in your system, an NVR can store from an average of 30 days up to 12 Months.

Can I have it just on motion detection?

Absolutely, you don’t necessarily have to record 24/7, you can save on hard drive space by recording only on motion detection.

Who should we contact if we need service?

After installation you will receive a guide manual with all the information necessary, including the immediate contact for our support team.

How long is the warranty for?

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty will cover basic manufacturer defects on the equipment and any labor that was not correctly done, acts of nature such as lighting strikes and Hurricanes are NOT covered by our warranty.
